Monthly subsidy money not paid

Recently two cars, of which I was aware, was sold on my code. I had to follow up a few times on the R3000 per car that was supposed to be paid to me, according to my contract. The first R3000 was made late October and the next R3000 end of November. I never received my R570 subsidy money for November. When making an enquiry, I was told you dont qualify for the subsidy money if you get paid R3000. This was never brought up when they persued me to change my contract. I feel this is unethical from their side of the deal.
