In June I bought a Honda Jazz from Honda Helderberg. I drive long distances every day and noticed that one of my rear tyres keeps loosing pressure. I took it in to have it checked out and found that it has been patched before (Pre-purchased) and needs to be replaced. Needless to say, I was negative that I was sold a car where to tyres was not 100 percent, or even that I was misinformed about it. I had the tyres replaced, as I was advised. The Monday, I informed Honda Helderberg that I was not happy about it and they happily agreed and offered to refund the tyres in full. The manager had no problem to refund me the full amount and the transfer was done immediately.
Thank you Honda Helderberg for always providing me excellent service. This is the reason I buy all my cars from you! Please keep it up.
