Ordered my new bike in February and the factory delayed production. Berto kept me updated through the year as to delays and progress. He then called me to let me know the production had run and our bikes were on their way.
Although there were other buyers also waiting for their bikes, mine was the first out of the box and the first to be delivered.
Finalizing the deal was a doddle as the guys at Ceyenne had everything sorted upfront. Great service all round.
