BMW refuse to exchange car battery while unde

Dear Sir/Madam. My car was there on the 17/05/2013 for service. During the service, You have exchange my car battery. I am now struggling with this replaced battery. I took it to BMW in Bethelehem But I was told that they will not be able to exchange this battery even though is under guarantee. And since i am working in Bethlehem Free State. You can call them at 0583038068.I was turned away as if i brought this battery on the street..At first i took the car in to them for their confirmation. They have seen it that is faulty., But i was later told that they can help me since the battery was not from BMW... I have even provided them with the original Slip. This is very unprofessional. I never thought BMW can show this kind out this behaviour. My Service Advisor was Ben Jordaan. Car registration: DTS902... Please help me..I hoping that i will beat home this Holidays But due to this battery issue..I'm scared to drive it. What must i actually do. I can even scan this invoice to You people.
