Charge 20% handeling fee for cancel orde

I ordered a part but they had no stock so they said they can order the item for me. I paid the full amount as deposit.

I found the part at some other dealer and 45 min after I placed the order I phoned to cancelled. I was informed I can only cancelled a order with in 10 min after the the order was placed.

I ask where is this on there terms. They say it is not.

I spoke to the Parts Manager and he said he need to charged me a 20% handling fee.
I told him that the terms only apply if an item is returned and not on cancel an order.

I was forced to pay the 20% handling fee or the take the part.

I feel I was cheated by the company. If you do not state in your terms you can not make up your own as it please you.
