KC AUTO KENILWORTH SHOCKNG SERVICE

After a service amounting to R9000 I expected, at the very least, that a good service had been done. While my gearbox on my VW GOLF CTi is now fantastic, almost all other issues remain, and there are even problems with the car which did not exist before. While the staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient, the mechanical service was shocking and eye-opening.

Nuts and bolts left behind in my engine bay, while things were left loose. Pieces of parts THEY were replacing for me (which I paid them for) were left in the car instead of being installed. Why? As a memento of their momentous failure at quality service? On closer inspection I found broken pipes fixed crudely with insulation tape, and cable ties missing from C.V boots they installed. Makes me wonder what else was done half-way/hardheartedly?

What a grand mistake it was that I was referred to KC Auto, and what a grand loss of time & money.
If my car was actually in running order, I would drive over there myself and rant & rave. Avoid KC Auto's workmanship at all costs.
