I serviced my car at Wilhelm Auto (first attempt outside of usual agents) on 30 October 2013. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and satisfaction of my interaction with Wilhelm Auto. Those guys take pride in what they do.
They accommodated my service before a long distance trip, by scheduling my preferred time, instead of their first available opening (after my trip). My car was serviced to manufacturers specifications. The staff are friendly, and stayed in contact with me throughout the day with advice and progress. I even received a discount when I asked for it.
I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Wilhelm Auto in Stellenbosch. With their quality of workmanship, I will always take my cars for services there.
