I was placed with Automagic for some repairs by my insurer. Upon collecting my car I noticed that a section of my door was missing. The staff looked in the workshop for it and couldn't find it, and tried (unsuccessfully) to attach a similar one.
The manager (I forget his name) assured me that they'd order another one, and phone me when it was ready. After not receiving a call for around a month I complained to my insurer, and received a call from Automagic. I had to remind the manager what it was about, and again he assured me he'd get back to me.
Another month later and no response. Pathetic.
