Moto Tec
Misrepresentation of Vehicle Information

I bought a Nissan Almera advertised as with 120, 000 kms, 1 owner from new, 'like new'. I was made to pay R49, 000 upfront. It turns out that the vehicle had more than 125, 000kms, at least 3 owners before and the body work was disgusting. I gave the vehicle back. Now Mr Ephron / Moto Tec has both the vehicle and my money and I had to turn to the Motor Industry Ombudsman for help.

Be very careful when buying a vehicle from Moto Tec / Mr Phillip Ephron.
