Poor service

I recently booked my NP 200. I stated that they need to fix my canopy as i cant use my key to log the canopy. the guy confirm that they tried to log the canopy without success. He told me he is not sure about the guarantee. my car is still less than 12 months. he could not even check that. I complain to the lady who called me to find out about the service. what do i need to do now. do I need to fix it my self
