Liquid Service Authorizations and Hyundai South Africa, would you like me to come and teach you about BEST PRACTISE? I have missed the date for the warranty service by 2 weeks because I was watching the mileage and have not yet reached the required distance travelled for my Hyundai 120's next service. You don't seem to be interested in customer service, may I recommend a computerised reminder service to highlight upcoming service dates. I have pre paid for services now I have to pay again - we are all busy and stressed, a reminder would have been fantastic! I wonder how many people have found themselves in the same situation - NOT COOL Hyundai South Africa!
