They showed up at my house (driver and admin lady) and expected the client to load the truck. They did not bring a ramp and tie down straps to load the motorcycle. They leaned the bike against the side of the trailer and tied it with a rope, (so much for trained staff). When they arrived, the bike was scratched all over, mirror and brake lever broken off, fairings cracked and exhaust scratched and bent. Once again I had to offload the truck myself because there was only a driver and a admin lady. They first tried to deny that the damage was due to their negligence but eventually admitted that this damage occurred in transit and that this was the first time that they transported a motorcycle. I sent them a quote for the repairs and got a call from their boss telling me that he doesn't believe the amount quoted is justified. He said he won't claim from his insurance but he'll take it out of the driver's pay, so he wants to interview him first when he returns from his trip. A week has passed with no feedback. I don't recommend this company to anybody who wants a smooth move.
