After what was surely one of the most arrogant, nonchalant & disappointing experiences in my life, courtesy of Johannes at the CBD branch in Cape Town, I was told to take my scooter to Glynis in Kenilworth for repairs. If only I knew them from the start my initial perception of BB Scooters would have been vastly different. Glynis and Charles were brilliant in sorting out the fault on my bike, kept in touch with me and after just a couple of hours had my bike sorted. Thanks again you guys - if only you ran the shop in the CDB! I will gladly drive from Table View to support you!
