TIRED OF WAITING

My Peugeot was serviced approximately 2 months ago. I requested a new service book together with owner's manual as I did not receive same when I purchased the vehicle second hand. After numerous repeated requests and promises received, I have still not received anythin. On service invoice it stated that shocks had to be replaced, etc. I requested quotation for same, to date no reply. Tired of battling like this to obtain any reply to my numerous requests.
