Poor service

On the 31st October 2013, i took my car in for a service at Midbay Motors. When i received it back that day i had to travel to durban
On the afternoon of the 1st November 2013, barely a day after servicing, the car just stalled in the middle of the road and would note taker selection of gear one. I ca n't move around and don't know how i will be getting to work on Monday.
On contacting Midbay i was promised that they would contact a Durban centre that would tow my car and fix it. This still has not happened
