Phoned on thursday to organise a urgent a4 envelope to be delivered to the UK. They advised me that they would have no problem doing this and asked for a window of when they could collect the envelope. Stated anytime on friday between 9am to 3:30pm. Around 1pm on friday I contacted them and they said the driver had tried to come but there was no answer. this was not true as there has been people at the premises since 6am. I then phoned again at 3:20pm. I was then told that the driver is stuck in traffic and he would be late.
I was then told that thgis is not their fault as they cannot be responsible for traffic. I tried to explain to the agent that he had 6 1/2 hours to collect the package and that they had failed to provide the service they said they would offer.
for R420 to send an envelope to the UK I expect that the service will be on time otherwise I should of been contacted if there was an issue.
