Poor workmanship and bad customer service

Greetings,

I have dropped my wife's Dodge Journey for repair at Renew-It Edenvale 4 weeks ago. On the day of collection, I noted that the paintwork was not done properly and addition repairs on the right hand side was also no completed despite being quote for and approved by the insurance. On top of that the interior mirror cover was missing despite being remote from area to be repaired.

When I query the poor workmanship with responsible, I was told not to worry since it will be fixed soonest i.e. 31 October 2013. I was promised a courtesy car when I come to drop-in my car to be reworked. Today, 30 October 2013, I called to confirm our appointment ONLY to be told that: "Sorry we can't help you tomorrow since we are fully booked and have no courtesy car for you. We will let you know by Monday (04/11/2013) when to bring in your car for repair since we cant confirm availability of courtesy car for you"

To me this is a poorest customer service ever. I had to call-in and confirm our appointment. Nobody bothered to call me and inform me that the appointment is off.
