I applied for finance through the staff channel at work early Sep and the application was taking too long to finalise. I had spoken to Stephan during VW exhibition at a Welkom bazaar the previous weekend and he managed to get the contract drawn up. I collected the car Sep 27th and even though it was my second time purchasing a brand new car, the experience was so unique and it felt like my first car all over again. Stephan took the time to show me the car inside out. I registered the car in Gauteng and he personally sorted out the refund. I would like to thank VW Welkom for employing him as he genuinely loves his job and it shows in the service he delivers!
