I was in an accident on the 16 October 2013 at 08:30 in the morning which was caused by Louanne Cotto, she hit me from behind and today I had to follow up with them regarding the repairs to my car and I was told it was my fault and I must fix it myself. I spoke to a Pieter who told me to deal with the insurance and not them.
I would just like to know seeing that your company works with people on a daily basis is this how your clients are treated. She is blatantly lying about how everything happened so this will come into question does she always do this to cover herself
I am really not pleased with how I am being treated like I am same criminal and have done nothing wrong. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
She did not even have the decency to call me and give me an update, instead she and says that I would fix the car and which I never said, a week later and this is what I get.
This is not how I wanted this to end up she looked honest enough to talk the truth but she prefers to listen to whoever is giving her advice
