POOR SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

MBC180. I bought it in May'13. & has since put on 6000km. We made this decision to buy a reliable trustworthy car. On the 11th of October me & my husband were doing some pre-weekend shopping. To our suprise, the car would not start. So, we called Cargo, who directed us to the call centre. We called the call centre & logged the incident. They said someone will contact us in 35min to an hour. So we waited patiently. Time past & Support from Cargo Kld called & asked what was wrong. My husband explained & said that no one has come out yet. Support said they will send someone immediately, they did. After checking, they explained the Steering Lock was faulty, & that this is std on all MB this shape. So since it was still under the 6 year warranty we pay 50%.At the offices we asked them for a courtesy car, since we live in Hartbeesfontein & I work in Potch & my husband works away 90% of the time. They said no, & that a c-car could only be arranged if I live more than 150km from kld office. Drving from work to home & back is 175km a day. Part arrived on tue. After 3days (Total of 6days) part has not been fitted Cause my husband signed the form & not me. Had to fillout same papers twice...
