Justin was professional and on top of everything at all times. Justin followed up and informed me of the progress of my 1.6 Polo everyday. I was treated with the best service I have ever received in this industry. Justin even went as far as sending me an email wishing me luck prior to an operational I was due to go for. Justin treated every person that I saw him dealing with in the exact same manner and was always friendly and had a smile on his face.
