BAD Service and bad parts availability

My 6 month old Kia Cerato Koup decided to have a defect and the speedo/odometer decided to stop working.
Took it to have it fixed at Kia Edenvale. They reset the speed sensor (this was what was faulty according to them).
As soon as I took delivery of my car, the problem manifested itself again. Took the car back to Edenvale after a few days, where they replaced the part under warranty after a wait of a few weeks. This however, did not resolve the issue. I was told that it was because of a faulty gearbox. They then had to remove the gearbox, do an investigation and then only institute a warranty claim. As I had service from Edenvale, I took my car to the Eastrand branch. Their diagnosis was that it was in fact the instrument cluster that was faulty. They then instituted a claim, only to find that Edenvale had in fact done one, with the incorrect mileage given. The car had been stuck on 11777km as the odo was not working. According to the claim done by Edenvale the car was on 12056km after the speed sensor had been replaced...(funny how the odo still showed 11777km after I got the car back from them the second time around). STILL NOT SORTED!! Cluster is on back order from Korea
