Vulgar Language and Rude Behaviour - Bad People

I was on the Telephone with Andre and His Wife with a problem and the use of Vulgar language was horrible and mean. They called me names that were degrading and unjust and were discriminatory towards my race and gender. They did not give me a chance to talk, much less explain myself or what i wanted. Instead, they were frustrated by my simple questions and requests and I find this behaviour disgusting!!! I am going to tell EVERYONE i know how horribly mean and rascist this couple can be, esspecially with a customer!!! How do these people run their Business?!
