Non receipt of feedback and horrible treatment

I took my car to this car service city for them to replace an engine back in April which they did, but upon fetching my car I realized that the car would constantly rev up and down without me pressing the accelerator the engine would rev up and down aggressively. I took the car back to them and they came back to tell me that they cannot locate what the problem was. the car would switch on the traction light and EPC light. but the problem comes and goes so they informed me that I must bring the car when it does that so that they can be able to diagnose what the problem was and fin ways to fix it. well the car did exactly that while I was driving to work and I went straight to car service city and called the manager Quinton who came to witness the problem himself and recommended I leave the car with them so they can find the problem and fix it. my car stayed there for two days without them calling me or even updating me whether they've found the issue or not and whether they were fixing it. to date I waiting for them to call me regarding the problem and what needs to be done to fix. I regret using this car service city with those managers who treat people like dirt!
