FROM PILLAR TO POST - NO HELP FROM PEUGEOT!!!

19 september 2013 I took my car in to peugeot north cliffe, I towed it in cause it wouldn't start. There was a back log could only be attended to on 23rd of september. Told that the belt snapped it was gonna cost me R5, 500 I gave the go ahead and the fixed a few other miners, the bill came to 8, 000. After this great work they tell me that the water hose pipe is leaking and needs replacement. I gave the go ahead to replace the pipe and then they tell me its gonna take at least 14 days. I asked for a courtesy car then they start passing the buck. from Peugeot north cliffe to the head office. FACT IS, PEUGEOT DOES NOT LOOK AFTER ITS CLIENTS!! I LOVE THE CAR BUT THERE IS BAD SERVICE FROM THE REPRESENTATIVES HERE IN SA. I ASKED FOR A COURTESY CAR AND THEY DECLINED AS IF ITS MY FAULT THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS!!! SHAME ON YOU. THE GENERAL SERVICE IS BAD. ITS COSTS MONEY TO OWN A PEUGOT BUT EVEN WORSE WHEN THE COMPANY DOES NOT LOOK AFTER ITS CUSTOMERS.
