I would like to inform the public of this Shell station as it has one of the best
managers-owners, It was last week Thursday night when i filled Nitro to the value
of R600-00 only to find out i forgot my wallet at home, so the gent who helped me
told me to go into the cstore and speak to a man by the name of Rihad, Anyway i went
and explained to him the problem and asked him if i can phone my wife and ask her to bring the money. He told me yeah its fine no problem or i could use his laptop to transfer money into
his account and he would swipe his card for me. So thats what we did without any issues etc,
Rihad is such a good person as he always goes out of his way to help us customers, as there are alot of other stations that have a "do not care attitude" This is not the first time he has helped me, a few months ago aswell i had an issue with my tire which was loosing air. He told me not to worry and he will repair it for me, within 5mins later he repaired it for me and till today i have not had a problem with it, I will always use this site and i always tell my family and friends to rather use this site as they are not there for just the job, but to make us customers happy.
