I need to compliment this branch, I own a Bmw and always when I phone Memsi and Waglen from parts department they are blerrie awesome!!! These 2 gentelman, are always so friendly helping me to get the right parts for my vechile, acttualy when I phone them I feel like family the way these 2 gentelman help and speak to me its great! Also on a nother note the sales gentelman a pitty I forgot his name was assisting me as I wanted to trade in my mini countryman for a Bmw was so good, He was so proffesional the way in which he tried to help me going the extre mile, I was not able to trade in the mini still to early as I only bought it a year ago...:-( but once I am able to do so this brach will be the one I buy from Most Definitly!!! I can write a whole page about this branch they are excellent and a most appriciated Thank you BMW Northcliff you are excellent, keep it up!!!
