I purchased a 1 yr old Nissan Tida from Nissan Menlyn about 3 years ago. I asked if the car had been in any kind of accident and the Salesman told me that that would be impossible since Nissan would not allow them to sell a car like that. Almost 2 years later body putty starts to reveal itself on the car, so when it went in for its warranty service I brought it to their attention and the new used car floor manager said he would get back to me after spoke to the DP. Heard nothing at all, but I did find out that the car I had purchased was their stock the whole time and was used by one of their reps until I bought it. Now the time has come to sell the vehicle but everyone that has looked at the car will not touch it because of the body putty. I then found a car on their floor that I wanted to buy so I took the Tida and a Navara to them for trade assessment and they said that they would get back to me in 2 hrs. It's been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. The car I wanted buy has since been sold. This kind of service would suggest that Nissan Menlyn don't need the business, or they are also trying to run from the car they sold me.
