The level of service I received surpassed the standard motor industry's service SLA bearing in mind that there is a major motor industry strike happening at the moment. My vehicle was only there for a week and was delivered to me in mint condition.
I was continuously kept updated by Lucinda on the vehicle repair process, this was comforting to know that my greatest investment was in good hands.
If only all service providers were given the same level of service I received from Lucinda our customer service level in South Africa would sky rocket.
