It's now the 5th time I have taken my Toureg in for the same issue. It's now taken almost 3 weeks, my car is at the dealer and still no part. I was also lief to saying my car is disassembled just waing for the part - when I checked in on my Car it was parked in a dusty corner and definitely not ready & waiting for a part. Oh yes there is also the issue of th trying to modify a genuine part for my car it did not fit - go figure.
