Bike Spares sat at JHB for 10 days

My parcel 2553225846 took 2 days to ship from UK to Johannesburg and then sat pending clearance for 10 days. I repeatedly phoned the DHL JHB help line on 0860 345 000, re-confirming my email address and contact details, and was repeatedly promised that I would receive an email "this morning" or "within minutes". (I also did a search on all my Inbox folders and JunkMail folders to be sure that I had not previously received the DHL Customs Duty Form for settlement) Finally after 10 days I received the Customs Duty Form for settlement. It was calculated wrong!! - DHL had used the wrong item description - so my duties were double what they should have been. Shocking service!! ParcelForce, UPS, Royal MAil far preferred..
