I took my vehicle for service on the 28/08/2013 at the Bloemfontein branch (Jeep Cherokee 2.8 CRD 2005 model) I took it in today for oil leak and strange sound from the engine when the car idles but I was told that during service they only change oil therefore the strange sound has got nothing to do with them even though there was no strange sound before I took it for service. the oil leak was fixed but not the strange sound. I am very disappointed the way my problem was handled and I don't think that I will even refer my friends to such a disappointing service.
