RMI member charging for services not povided

RMI referred us to the NCC to assist in this matter as they only attempts to resolve disputes by mediation, what I still fail to understand as to how can they let Nisprow be a member of the RMI if failing to honour mediation agreement, not responding to communication from the NCC and letting this company get away with daylight, charging consumers for no service, being blatantly unprofessional and still belong to a respected body as the RMI? This is really so disappointing as one would think that the institutions protecting the consumers will at least be successful in doing so. This issue is becoming so frustrating it all happened 8 months ago, up and till now no cooperation from Nisprow but still remaining a RMI member, how sad is that? After numerous attempts to get this money back we are about to give up. No surprise there...
