I would like to commend Wendy, the service advisor at Barloworld Ford and Robin, the technician who did the service, for the excellent service and attitude.
My situation was particularly tricky as they couldn't complete the service in one day, so I had to fetch the car and take it back the next day. So, for my patience and effort, I got rewarded with some free items on my invoice. Over and above this, Wendy kept me informed all the time regarding the progress on my car.
Looking forward to a continuing relationship with them.
