Refreshingly happy vibe, how do management do it?!

I walked into CJ Autospares last week to purchase a car part, and had the best shopping experience that I can remember ever! The area around their cash registers was fairly congested with customers waiting for help or to pay, but this was like a refreshing, pleasant party - the staff behind the tills were joking good-humouredly with the customers (all of them, all of this genuine and fun, customers were smiling from ear to ear, taking part in the humourous repartee, one of them was being advised not to purchase what he wanted as it wasn't the right solution to his problem.

But the vibe!!! There is something that this business owner is doing right :-) :-)

His staff appear genuinely happy and super relaxed (but not slow!), and they seem to be really enjoying themselves - this can only come from a deep seated satisfaction on their own part with their jobs and their environment.

I do believe that CJ Autospares is a model for anyone who is studying the business environment.
