I went to buy a car on a Saturday, I arrived at about 12h45 and wanted delivery the same day. I did not have hard cash and Carl waited for me to go to the bank at the airport as the banks were already closed. He never said that it was Saturday and he was about to close. he waited patiently and we came back at 15h30 after transferring the money to the dealers bank and the car was delivered the same day. unfortunately I had a problem with the same car a week after I bought it, Mark the boss and Carl loaned me a car despite that it was against company policy to give courtesy car. I used the car whilst my car was being repaired. Carl is a friendly person. He is very professional and I think he has instilled the professionalism to his staff because all of them are friendly and behaved professionally. he also goes an extra mile to satisfy his custome
