My case number 00001307 refers since Oct 2012. A brand new vehicle that has a steering shake since the day I bought this vehicle Aug 2012. Kia SA is only concerned with their policies and procedure and not bothered with customer service/feedback. It seems that Kia only has 1 person working at the call centre. When I asked to speak to the supervisor then they are out and their manager is overseas! No one has phoned me back. I have done all the phoning and follow up. The "damaged" rims have been replaced, the tyres rotated, balancing done and the so called warranty specialists have looked at the car and still this car is not up to standard.
