I contacted the RMI recently via email from their website and all i got was an email please phone Mike Botes at a normal number I then requested that i communicate via email and another reply phone Mike Botes, I then phoned Mike today but he only works works on Mondays and Fridays??? I then got transferred to a male (ID unknown) who not only spoke to me in a condescending way (as if I was a fool) he also seemed more interested in me paying the R285 and submitting a complaints form than helping me despite me receiving 2 emails to call them.
I ask ''Why the charge?? also why do you not say this in your adverts on radio etc, why do you not have a toll free number??? Why can you not do issues electronically??
