I have huge trouble with my car after it was 'REPAIRED' by Volkswagen.. They don't accept any responsibility for what happened and after writing numerous emails to them and added my complaint on their interaction page they still refuse to help me.. I have all the email communications saved, but unfortunately it is in Afrikaans, accept for the email that I send to their interaction page. This 1 is in English. With only 1200 characters to use I cannot publish this email here.
I don't know what to do anymore.
