In short, I decided to purchase a Lexus RX 350 from Sterling Auto, Voortrekkers Road, Wonderboom in exchange for a trade in. I was given two different selling prices, and then they also tried to sell me additional warranties which were not necessary. When I declined I was ostracized and left in the dark. Promises to call back were not met. Very bad unprofessional conduct, from both the sales person "Dries" and the DP Cornel. To top it all, apparently the vehicle has now been sold, and I am still waiting for an explanation and a response to my correspondence with the Dealer Principal, Cornel. Surely this is not the way to conduct business with someone who is willing to invest money in your business.
