Damaged Goods, refund of R900.00 not received

My husband has bough goods by Boston Jap Engines in Boksburg and the stuff was broken, he then went back to them to get his R900.00 back from them, they refused to pay the funds back in cash as they said he swiped his debit card so they have to reverse it via the debit machine, which is in actual fact not true. After doing this they also to him saying that it will be returned in 24 hours which after a week at my cost I had to phone them and then Masooda advised FNB says 7 to 14 working days which was Monday that past on the 22nd of July 2013. When I phoned then it was again another excuse of FNB this and FNB that, I mean really why should their banking problems be the clients problems. Masooda is a rude person and should really learn how to work with clients. Her attitude in advising that she doesnt care were and to who I complain is rediculous. All we want is our money back and I dont see why we have to wait so long for this. When Masooda contacted me regarding more excuses and her bad attitude i put the phone down in her ear because after a month speaking to these people for R900.00 is rediculous. This company needs to realize a client is paying their bills not them alone.
