Wow! What a pleasure taking my Ford Bantam in for a service today! I never thought I would ever say that, as I always seem to have issues when taking my car to the "usual" dealerships. So today I decided to try out Car Service City (East London Vincent branch), and frankly it was an amazing experience. Easy booking in, very friendly staff, perfect car service (feels like new again), affordable and just a general feeling of "no hassle". Well done to everyone at the EL branch. I see there are a few complaints on HelloPeter about the CSC franchise in general, and I was sceptical at first, but you guys obviously are doing something different. I will definitely bring my car to you again when the next service is due and will make sure to tell my friends. Special thanks to Daniel and the receptionist lady for their friendliness and good service. Keep up the great work! So good to see an East London company actually wanting to deliver a good service (excuse the pun) with a smile for a change. Well done!
