After months of trying to sort out my account with them, an account on which there was a debit order facility and no problems with any order put through, they hand me over to ITC for an amount that had been paid in full some 10 days prior. This payment confirmation was mailed to them.
This Company has a very high handed attitude and a terribly inept accounts department. A shame that they have a good product, an expensive one at that, that people use extensively. A true reflection of Management not knowing what to do and how to control their staff who process their clients funds. I have never dealt with a more inefficient, could not care less attitude. Tney still owe me a letter of apology that their accountant promised, but I know will never materialise unless I harass them.
Shocking, shocking, shocking. A disgrace to the profession.
