Terrible Customer Service

We run a printing company and needed to fly our customers order from India due to the order being very urgent- According our Supplier in India the parcel was collected on 18/7/2013 by DHL. We called DHL on 22/07/2013 and they confirm the parcel has arrived & that they are busy with customs clearance and if we pay the amount owing we might have delivery that afternoon. We payed the full invoice amount.
Today is the 25/07/2013 and we had no delivery of our goods and we have an irate customers to deal with. We have made about about 30 calls to DHL and everyone we speak too passes the buck & states they are transferring us then the call is dropped. We spoke to the a James Molepe who states the parcel has not arrived yet. We spoke Junior who also just transferred the call to a ext. that just rings. We spoke to Assareal who assured that delivery will be today. This is the most unacceptable service that we received from a International Company- This is a typical example of over promising & under delivering. We were shock that on our first dealing with DHL we received such terrible service-we most definately will be using another courier company
