Pathetic Service

Non delivery of study material from UNISA
numerous calls made to various call centres to track my delivery that has been with Skynet since 16.07.2013. Been given the run around since last wednesday and different excuses, latest being backlog. my package is lying in Elandsfontein awaiting delivery since 16th.. Tried to escalate with supervisors and managers ie [Email Removed], Brenda, Tanya via mail and tel to no avail they just do not get back to me. Each call attempt takes no less than 8minutes to be answered Shocked and disgusted at the non chalant attitude. In the interim I cannot submit any of my assignments of which by the way are due today 23.07.2013.
UNISA is apparently not aware of the non delivery of our assignment & study material. DEMAND THE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE TODAY 23.07.2013.
