I bought a Big boy DRT 250 in March in May my bike went in for the 500km run in service.

Two days after the service I noticed my fuel gauge shows empty even though there is a full tank of petrol. The dealer though it was the sensor in the tank but when we received the part it was not. He then ordered new clocks this was the 12th of June 2013 and this is where my complaint starts I have been riding with a faulty clock since May when the service was done. The rev counter jumps around so I cannot see my exact revs. The part was ordered in June it's now a month later how can Big Boy not have these parts available surely back orders can't take more than a month. Below is the response from the call centre which just tells me shortly no exact date or a estimated date.

I will be notified once the parts arrive and will inform you immediately.
We wish to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
