Bad Service after purchasing

I purchased a 2.8 Colt 2007. When I saw the vehicle it had 4 brand nrw tyres, when i collected it had 3 Firestones and a Good Year which I brought to Marco's attention. Promised me he will sort it out and even put it on the documents. After having the car for a week my wife said it shaked a lot at 120 so I phoned Marco. He said just have it balanced or I can bring it in and they would sort it out. I took it to tyre place and they said the prop shaft was loose and the bearing looks as if it has colapsed. I looked at the service history and saw it was taken to Stev's Auto clinic so i took the car there. they booked the car in and gave me a break down which escaled to R7433. I emailed Marco but got no response to my email. I gave Steve's Auto the go ahead but felt I needed to speak to the owner. We spoke asnd he said to forward him the invoice and he would may for the parts only as he to had a workshop, I did and got a response from a Joyce Evert on the 10/06 saying this was a quote @ the time I was happy with that, but since he went back on his word and is refusing to respond to my emails i feel he can reinburst me all funds as well as the R450 for ballancing after service was done
