I took my car in for a service. I received the invoice and noticed that the pricing for the oil was incorrect. I was then told that BMW SA had recommended that this new oil be used and that was the new price. When the final invoice came back, the oil was changed back to the one used previously and the price reduced. If I had not noticed this, I would have paid more than R300 extra for something that was not correct in the first place. I can only imagine what else is being over charged as most people have very little clue what is included in the service. I am very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and this is what happens after the motor plan expires.
