Poor customer service!

I purchased a new Moto Mia Milano 150cc scooter on Thursday 20th June, and paid with a bank transfer, proof of which was e-mailed to them. Today is Tuesday, and the Goodwood branch is still waiting for the paper work to be delivered so that I can pick the bike up! Peter told me that it takes 2 to 3 days for this paperwork to be delivered to them, but the payment went through on Thursday, and I am still waiting! He has nevr phoned me, I am the one that has to do all the phoning! After spending a large sum of money, I would expect better service.
