Virtual Logistics
Company won't pay for damage caused!

Driver, Brighten Chauke, ID 851210 6010 081, reversed with his delivery Panelvan, Reg ND718912, into my car, a Hyundai IX35 Reg ZHX816GP, on 22/02/2013 in Strubenvale, Springs at the Spar. Both him and his Supervisor admitted guild, and that they did not see my car behind them! We spoke to his boss, Mr Ryal Naidu, whom said that they will pay for the damages! I forwarded him all the pictures of my car! The driver and supervisor then went to the Springs Police station to report the accident! I did everything I had to do - got 3 quotations, affidavit, letter for not claiming from my own insurance, pictures of my car and of how accident happened, everything! On the18ht of March I was informed by Ferina Ebrahim from Peacock Dickinson Attorneys that the claim was repudiated, as the Virtual Logistic's driver's report on how the accident happened differs from mine!!! The damage on my car is on the left rear door and back panel, as he reversed as my car as I was about to go forward! He says we reversed together! If that was the case, the damage would have been on the back of my car!!! I am not going to let this company get away with it, as they can clearly see it was their driver's fault! They just don't want to pay!
